Fees and Future Paid Plans

Current pricing and billing terms (if any) are presented separately in-product or in written order terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Neuro QP is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuro QP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenues.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

For non-consumer disputes, exclusive venue is Bern, Canton of Bern, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
