Account and Organization Overview
NeuroQP separates personal account settings from organization settings.
Your account is your personal user profile. This is where you update your name, profile picture, password, or delete your account.
Your organization represents your lab or team. This is where you manage organization details, invite lab members, assign roles, and manage billing.
What belongs where
- Use Manage your account for profile updates, password changes, and account deletion.
- Use Create an organization when setting up a new lab in NeuroQP.
- Use Organization settings to update your lab name, institution, department, or country later.
- Use Manage members and roles to invite lab members and control who can administer the organization.
- Use Billing and invoices to switch plans, manage billing, and review invoices.
Roles
NeuroQP currently uses two organization roles:
- Member can work on projects.
- Admin can work on projects, invite other members, and manage billing.
If you only need to update your own profile, use account settings.
If you need to manage your lab, team access, or subscription, use organization settings.
