Billing and Invoices
Billing is managed at the organization level.
Who can manage billing
Only users with the Admin role can manage billing for an organization.
What Admins can do
Admins can:
- switch plans
- manage billing details
- review invoices
This keeps subscription management tied to the lab or organization rather than to an individual member.
If you need to change who has access to billing controls, update that user's role under Manage members and roles.
